Kitchen, bathroom and outdoor taps. Drips, seized handles, leaks at the base.
Toilets
Running cisterns, weak flushes, blocked pans and full replacements.
Sinks
Kitchen sinks and wash basins. Connected, waste in, holding water.
Bathrooms
Baths, showers, and first-fix and second-fix plumbing.

£60 call-out. First hour of labour included.
Parts extra. Further labour £60/hour. Out of hours £90.
Check my card
Every legitimate gas engineer carries a Gas Safe ID card. Ask to see mine at the door, or check my number before I arrive. If an engineer will not show you a card, do not let them near your gas.
