I am Scott Reilly, a Gas Safe registered gas engineer working across Glasgow. SR Heating & Plumbing is just me: one van, one diary, one name on every job.

The person you speak to on the phone is the person who diagnoses the fault, quotes the price, does the work and answers for it afterwards.

My Gas Safe registration covers domestic natural gas. Boilers, central heating, cookers, hobs, water heaters and landlord certificates.

I also do the domestic plumbing that sits next to that work: leaks, taps, toilets, sinks and bathrooms. Same van, same call-out rules.

A national firm sends whoever is nearest. I turn up knowing what you told me, because you told me. No sales targets, no upsell scripts, no "while I'm here" extras invented on your doorstep.

If your boiler is worth repairing, I repair it. If it is not, I will tell you that too. My name is on the van either way.
