Every legitimate gas engineer carries a Gas Safe ID card. Ask to see mine at the door, or check my number before I arrive. If an engineer will not show you a card, do not let them near your gas.

Can you get into a close without a fob?
If you can let me in, or leave a name on the buzzer, yes. Say so when you call. I will not bill you for waiting on a stairwell if you warned me.
Do you work in Partick, Hyndland and Byres Road?
Yes. West End tenements are core work for me. If you are a street either side, call anyway.
Is the call-out different because it is a flat?
No. £60 call-out including diagnosis and up to the first hour of labour. Parts extra. Further labour £60/hour. Out of hours call-outs are £90.
